It's official - Brede has accepted a job offer and we are headed to California!
We've been contemplating heading back out west to either Colorado or California for some time now. We really, really love New England but it has been a bit lonely on the East Cost without any close family nearby and we want Iylah to grow up a bit closer to family.
Brede's official start date is Nov. 11th so it's going to be a bit of a frantic rushed move. CA here we come!!!
My tags for silicon valley: Good Asian food (looking forward to getting decent Pho again), good Indian food, crowds, lack of parking spaces, freeway traffic (rrr..), commuting (ugh), expensive housing (sigh), tech craziness, hackers, entrepreneurs (yea!), Venture Capital (wish I worked in this), innovation, the foggy hills of San Francisco & wine country!!
P.S. - Grandparent set #2 - San Mateo?? Please??? Would be awesome!!
